We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and fearless Key Account Manager (KAM) to upsell & retain existing partnerships with schools 2/ enroll new partnerships in their assigned regions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess strong negotiation skills, an understanding of Ed-Tech sales dynamics, and a how-to-partner mindset. The KAM will be responsible for driving timely contract renewals, identifying opportunities for revenue growth through upselling, and enroll quality schools. It's a very serious & challenging job.

The Job (Duties & Responsibilities)

Build and nurture strong relationships with schools and key stakeholders to drive upsell & retention with existing partner schools.

|
Responsible for prospecting, initiating, negotiating and finalizing deals, offering solutions to new schools in the region.

|
Regularly monitor and report on sales pipelines and key performance metrics using the company's CRM system to ensure visibility and track progress.
|
|
|
Address client concerns proactively and resolve issues within 48 hours to maintain a high customer satisfaction level.
|
|
|
Ensure adherence to the company's commercial policies and maintain a consistent approach in all dealings with schools.
|
|
|
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, from initial onboarding to ongoing support, enhancing the overall client experience.
