The personal Introduction video should be prepared in a professional manner with a clear and a noise free background and should highlight your personality and skills in the best possible manner. The video should be of good quality and good resolution in should be in .mov, .mp4 or .wmv format. The maximum size of this video can be 300 MB and maximum duration of 5 minutes.

Your initial registration is free. Your biofie account gets activated the moment your personal fact sheet is complete and the submitted personal introduction video is verified and approved. Once the verification for content is done, then you automatically become eligible to apply to jobs and employers can also view your profile.

Subscription Fee is the amount required to be paid by an individual to avail the Complete biofie services. The Initial registration, creation of biofie profile –video resume, application to 5 jobs per month and access to all shortlists by employers is FREE.

Subscription fee is charged to be able to download your video resume in a .pdf format. Your biofie profile has a link to your personal introduction video under the tab “Watch my story”, this video rests on our servers and is available to the recruiters for the subscription period only.

The AI powered algorithms does a job match with the available profile of the candidates on a real time basis. The dashboard on the candidate home page provides % wise map of the job with his profile. On clicking the number you can get the details of the Employer and the necessary job description. This page can be accessed post login on the candidate / job seeker zone.

We recommend you to use 'Knowledge Centre' and also to search jobs and check for the necessary required skills. If you have those skills and have not mentioned in your personal fact sheet, we recommend you to add these skills on an immediate basis. Please be updated with the job market changes and trends. The dashboard on the candidate home page provides the details of all shortlist. On clicking the number you can get the details of the Employer and the necessary job description. This page can be accessed post login on the candidate zone. Same can also be accessed under 'View Shortlist' link in the left panel and it gets updated on a real-time basis w.r.t all shortlists done in favour. You can see the complete profile of the company and the job posting for which you have been selected. Once you are comfortable with the shortlist , you are required to mark ACCEPT the offer , to inform the employer about your interest and next course of action.

Additionally, an e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address, each time you have a shortlist.


Relationship Manager

Post account creation, you receive a verification call from the biofie team and once the basic verification is done, your account gets activated. Once the account is activated, you are required to login to your Company / Employer Account and click on the Job Posting link and simply post your requirement as per the format provided. Once the basic validation of the job posting is done, it's made live for the job seekers.

If you have subscribed to the Enterprise- Database search package, you can search and view unlimited number of video profiles during the subscription period.   • List of Applicants- people who have applied to the job.
  • List of Applications with Matching profile- this provides a list of applicants whose profile matches with the job posting.

The company / employer can perform the following actions on the responses generated for a JOB POSTING.

  • Marked for review (on-hold candidates- to be viewed later).

The first 15 biofie views available to the company/employer are FREE. For subsequent views, the company/employer needs to agree to the terms and conditions mentioned in the tariff plan

Candidate Search

A recruiter is given entire database access on biofie.com. Recruiters having an active Enterprise Database Search Plan can search candidates on any of about 50 parameters.

Once you view a candidate profile, three options are being provided – 'Shortlist', 'Mark for Review' or 'Reject'. These options will be for a specific active job posting only.
  • Shortlist – Under shortlist option a candidate is informed about his selection and he is permitted to get in touch with the mentor for the second round selection process.
  • Mark for review option- is an option where the shortlist process is deferred for the current moment, but can be viewed on a later date for the desired action.
  • Reject- Under this option a company / employer can mark the candidate as un-suitable for the current job posting.

After doing the first level of shortlist, the company / employer can request for the second / final round of section at the college itself. When the Institution / College approves the request, the exchange of email ids is facilitated by biofie.com for both clients. The clients collaborate among themselves for completion of the process.

Unregistered Institutions / Colleges : When a Campus Selection request is made for unregistered Institutions / Colleges, biofie.com takes the request of the Company / Employer to the concerned Institution / College in the offline mode and tries to bring them onboard.

Step 2 : Basic student registration is done course wise and session wise.
Step 3 : College selects on a resume template.
Step 4 : Students create their video resumes by providing their basic personal, educational and extracurricular details and attaching their Personal Introduction video.
Step 5 : Biofie Allotment is done for students.
Step 6 : Recruiters can view the profile of the candidate along with their personal introduction video and can carry out the first round shortlist and if required can schedule a company required tests.

About Registration

You are required to provide the basic details as asked for to complete the registration process. You are required to provide the details of the college, courses and the session for which you are interested in Campus Placements. Post the course and session details you can register the students interested in Campus Placement. Once the registration is done you will be receiving a call from the biofie team for verification and validation of details.

About Campus Scheduler

Campus Scheduler is a two way communication channel between the registered employer and the registered institutions on the biofie platform. Using the campus scheduler the registered companies can seek for dates from the registered institution to carry out the campus process and also highlight their requirements.

The registered institutions with valid biofie allotments can also invite recruiters for the campus process by sending the detailed video resume of the eligible students to the desired recruiters.
