Develop metrices for process capability in production & improve consistency

|
Identify & implement opportunities in process automation
|
|
|
Drive reduction in overall cost of manufacturing per litre of paint
|

|
Develop models on Visual Factory & Improve visual management in the shop floor

Drive 5S as a culture in the organization

|
Lead and Drive Kaizen initiatives

Environment Health & Safety

Drive EHS in Shop Floor in line with PPG EHSMS
