Handling of Engineering contractors: Initiating daily permits, reviewing the contractor activities, equipment, and job safety requirements.

|
Certifying contractor bills by verifying measurement sheets.
|
|
|
|
Conducting training of contractors to meet EHS requirements.
|
|
|
|
Floating RFQ for outsourced activities, material & services.
|
|
|
|
Co-ordination with the Purchase team for negotiations of CAPEX, AMC renewals, etc.
|
|
|
|
Utility management by daily upkeep of Utility equipment to ensure Zero downtime.
|
|
|
|
Maintaining and tracking of Energy consumption data.
|
|
|
|
Handling and Maintenance of equipment like HVAC, CCTV, Access control system, Power Transformer, Air compressor, Domestic water tanks, Goods lift, Solar panels, ETP, STP, Fire protection system, DG, UPS, Lab Equipment, etc.
|
|
|
|
Carrying out Calibration & testing activity of instruments, equipment’s as per scthe hedule.
|
|
|
|
Electrical, Civil, Plumbing, and Mechanical Maintenance, including AMC and PM program.
|
|
|
|
Record keeping of all Preventive maintenance activities as per site PM plan.
|
|
|
|
Conducting RCA for breakdowns and incidents, document & reporting of same.
|
|
|
|
Preparing History cards, SOP for new equipment, and record keeping.
|
|
|
|
Monitoring and reduction of Effluent, Emissions, and Energy consumption to meet site energy goals.
