Allocation of work to associate/operator as per the planning shared by planner

Preparation of the Deployment sheets as per the planning shared by planner as per norms from long term settlement

Generation of batch cards for the planning shared for each batch/product shade

Supervision for smooth execution of the batch as per norms.

Identify and communicate the bottlenecks/constraints for the planned batches and do required troubleshooting for volume delivery.

Completion of the batch on shop floor and release for next stakeholder for further operations

Ensure hygiene and follow up of the GMP& Safety norms during operations

Preparation of efficiency report and share gaps (if any) with reasons in the same.

|
SAP entries as per the physical processing.
|
|
|
|
Improve production yield with various action plan communicated

|
|
|
Maintain required QMS and other system related documents as per requirements

|
|
|
Stock take activity completion as per the area of work assigned.

|
|
